XPLANE is a process consultancy that creates vivid, engaging visual stories that change the way people think and behave. These XPLANATiONS can be deployed in any number of formats: Web, email, print, PowerPoint, etc. Here's how XPLANATiONS are created:

Plain text version:

1. The problem | Sam sells Ideabots. What's an Ideabot? Well, it's kind of hard to explain. Sam calls XPLANE to help tell the story.

2. Initiate project | An XPLANE Account Executive and Business Analyst discuss the project with Sam to clarify the scope and business objectives, then create a bid. Sam accepts it and sends a 50% deposit to start the project.

3. Knowledge Capture | The Account Executive and Business Analyst work with Sam to understand his current situation, the challenges he faces in telling his story, and how his XPLANATiON could best be deployed.

4. Brainstorm | The Account Executive and Business Analyst work with an XPLANE Visual Architect to determine the most effective way to tell Sam's story.

5. Outline | In a few days, XPLANE emails Sam a Project Log containing all info relevant to the project. This includes an Outline of XPLANE's proposed story approach. Sam gives his feedback and the team makes revisions, if needed.

6. Visual Script | Next, the team creates a scene-by-scene Visual Script of Sam's story, including a draft of the text. XPLANE integrates Sam's feedback into the Project Log and discusses Visual Style options with him.

7. Construction | Upon Sam's final approval of XPLANE's Visual Script, computer rendering begins. The XPLANATiON comes to life in full color in the desired Visual Style.

8. Digital draft | XPLANE emails Sam a low-res watermarked draft of the final art. When Sam fully approves, an invoice is sent for the remaining balance.

9. Final delivery | When full payment is received, the XPLANATiON is emailed to Sam. Sam can now quickly and clearly tell the Ideabot story by easily deploying his XPLANATiON.
